Beginning in 2019, we have worked in Portland communities to reuse and recycle technology, keeping it out of the landfill and giving it a second life whenever possible.
After an event we do one of two things with the technology we collect:
- For those things which are broken or less valuable, we work with Portland area recyclers to ensure they are disposed of safely and responsibly.
- For those things which could have a second life, we refurbish, upgrade, and test items before selling them back into the world.
