Our Response to Covid-19
In light of the current pandemic, while we will continue to offer drop-off events, we have adjusted our safety procedures in a few key ways:
- We will have contactless drop-off zones that will be disinfected between every drop-off.
- If you would like assistance unloading, we ask that you remain in your vehicle in accordance with social-distancing while we unload your items for you.
We also ask that you observe the following rules:
- If you are not wearing a mask, please remain in your vehicle while we unload your electronics.
- If you are symptomatic or have been in contact with an infected individual we kindly ask that you refrain from attending our drop-off events.
Thank you for your patience and assistance as we do our part to stop the spread of Covid-19.

What we Accept
In short, if you find it on a desk or in a home theater, we’ll take it. However, there are a select few exceptions. Please see our full list of acceptable items.
